Magnesium

Magnesium

Magnesium is a dietary mineral the body cannot make, so it comes from food such as nuts, seeds, legumes and leafy greens, or from supplements. Labels name the form as well as the amount, because forms differ in how much elemental magnesium they carry and how readily they dissolve. Glycinate and bisglycinate are chelated forms, bound to the amino acid glycine. The Humming Herbs range includes a glycinate and bisglycinate product and a calcium magnesium butyrate blend. Elemental amounts, the full ingredient panel and the FSSAI licence number are on each product page. Read the label before use.
