Shipping Policy

• For all orders under ₹2000, a ₹99 shipping charge will be applicable.
• For all orders between ₹2000 and ₹2999, a ₹60 shipping charge will be applicable
• For all orders over ₹2999, shipping is free.
• For Returns & exchanges, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Key SLAs & Exceptions

• While running promotional offers, humming herbs may decide to Ship Orders without any Shipping charges 
• We ship out of Delhi – Delivery Times across India are between 1-7 days. Most metro cities will receive orders within 1-3 days
• Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched on the next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

• Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses; rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.
• In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till the time the order has already been “processed” by us, the order cannot be canceled. Humming Herbs has the complete right to decide whether an order should be canceled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Humming Herbs and accepts the decision of Humming Herbs regarding the cancellation.
