Returns, Refunds, or Cancellation Process.

For how long am I allowed to return the product?

15 days from the date we ship to you.

How do I start my return?

We make it easy! drop a note to us at care@hummingherbs.com, and ship the product to us & upon receipt of the product, we will be happy to issue a replacement/Credit or refund.

Cancellation

In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till the time the order has already been “processed” by us, the order cannot be canceled. Humming Herbs has the complete right to decide whether an order should be canceled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Humming Herbs and accepts the decision of Humming Herbs regarding the cancellation.

By when will I receive my refund/credit?

Once the product is returned to our warehouse, you will be credited to the original form of payment used or a replacement within 7-10 business days.

Do you have a return fee?

In most cases, no but the shipping fee of the return shipment will have to be borne by you ,unless it is due to our mistake. We may request an image of the incorrect or damaged product prior to waiving the return shipping fee & reserve the rights to decide upon Refund/Credit/Replacement.
